timothygwright proposed a monitor selector above the Display panel's scale presets in omacom/omarchy#15665. The October 16 proposal also lets the scaling command target a named output and saves focused-monitor hotkey changes per output when multiple displays are active. It remains open.
After review, timothygwright reported fixes for keyboard selection of later displays, persistence after unplugging a monitor and preservation of rotation fields in semicolon-separated settings. 
greptile-apps[bot] subsequently reported all three findings fixed. The author also reported checking the panel on two physical displays; that is contributor-reported validation.
