Its current description proposes Eyes, an invoked screen-capture command that asks a local vision model to describe a screen, answer a question or locate an object without clicking it. The description was updated after coverage and reports testing with stand-ins rather than a real model end to end.
In October 16 review comments, 
greptile-apps[bot] identified a gap between the password-manager focus check and capture, plus temporary screenshots surviving cancellation. Those are review findings at the examined revision, rather than independent proof of the current implementation's behavior. The proposal remains open.
