dhh introduced and merged omacom/omarchy#14991 into quattro, adding Opaque, Transparent and Glassy window choices alongside Opaque, Glassy and Clear bar backgrounds. The accompanying commit separates transparency from the animations setting and preserves opaque windows for existing users who had animations disabled. These are development branch changes.

greptile-apps[bot] identified a theme switch race and bar changes that could report success despite failed blur updates. dhh responded by holding the theme lock while changing transparency and restoring the previous bar background when blur synchronization fails.
