On October 9, 
dhh reported changing input switching to Super+I, with a compositor binding independent of preserved custom Fcitx shortcuts. Tooltip and keybindings-menu changes were intended to give users one working desktop shortcut. dhh reported a Japanese-selected ISO installation and real keypress tests, while explicitly saying graphical composition validation was still incomplete at that point. omacom/omarchy#14433:issuecomment-6080557737
The proposal subsequently merged into quattro on October 10, outside coverage. Its current description, edited later, connects installer choices to Japanese, Korean and Chinese input engines, offline setup, shared selectors and cycling through mixed keyboard layouts and input methods. This describes the current merged scope, rather than the exact October 9 revision. omacom/omarchy#14433
